Haters

People hate because it makes them feel superior, a totally unwarranted but none the less real boost to the ego.
People that hate also tend to have lower IQ, lower EQs and are generally poorer, less educated and much more averse to change.
Is also the reason why “hate politics” is so successful, people vote for what makes them feel good and at least 50% of the population are below median intelligence, so what makes them feel good isn’t necessarily rational but it is rational to want to feel good. By the same reasoning, the more people you can tell about your irrational predjudice the better it makes you feel.
Vegans, gays, feminists etc… and the like are usually in the upper quartile demographically which makes them ideal targets.
