C’mon, the Court doesn’t make rules, it interprets law.

Blame if you must the legislative assemblies that create law.

Perhaps of good intent,

but largely unecessary for the 99 percent,

or blame the voters that elect the legislators,

by what the propaganda machine tell them they think,

or perhaps the power that produces the propaganda

for making history in advance.

Supreme is simply a last check and balance,

it cain’t stop by chance.
